Nevertheless, CCP doesn't always use the best logic. It's mostly so armor tankers can have a useful highslot mod I think. They're already not very good, but they're pretty much the only alternative to brick tanking with your medslots unless you're a scout. If you're not a scout, all this would do is force you to use shield extenders in your midslots - one module choice only. In the meantime, low slots have a massive choice of modules. First question: there are mods that seem to be swapped in their slot: cardiac regs Hacking mods. along with these we could have things like: Salvager: increase salvage chance Pilot suit mods: increasing vehicle effectiveness, only can be fit on pilot suits. Tracking computer: increased optimal range. Remote Sensor Damper: dampens teammates signature in radius. Tracking Link: increased range for team mates in radius. There's so many things that can be added to the high slots, we just need to get them there, I'd like to see the DEVs add things unique to dust too, but I've no idea what that would be.
